THREE SUPER-FAST RECIPES FOR TASTY BABY FOOD

Recipe 1: A fruit duo for little explorers
- 1 cup of chopped pumpkin
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of water
- A pinch of cinnamon
Put chopped and cleaned pumpkin, apple and water in a pot. Cook on medium heat until the pumpkin is soft. Remove the pot from the plate and leave it to cool for a few minutes. Pour the mix into a Tesla nutri blender, and pulse until you get a smooth texture.
After that, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon, for extra taste.

Recipe 2: A tropical fairytale for a tasty morning
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled (the “flesh” inside)
- 1 ripe banana
- Juice from half of a lemon (to prevent avocado from oxidation)
Put the avocado, banana and lemon juice in a nutri blender.
Pulse until you get a creamy, smooth texture, without lumps.
If the porridge is a bit too thick, you can add a bit of breast milk or infant formula to dilute it.

Recipe 3: An unusual, juicy combination
- 1 pear, peeled and chopped
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup of water
Put the pear, sweet potato and water into a pot. Cook on a plate on medium heat until the ingredients shrink and become soft.
Let the mixture cool off on room temperature.
Put the cold mixture into a nutri blender and pulse until you get a smooth texture.
Serve it to your baby, and watch them enjoy the combination of sweet potato and juicy pear!
