THREE SIMPLE RECIPES FOR LOVELY HOMEMADE TEAS

Ginger, lemon and honey

Why this tea?

Ingredients:

A piece of fresh ginger (2 cm, peeled and chopped)

Juice from one lemon

1 spoon of honey

2 cups of water

Recipe:

Put the water into a Tesla kettle, so it boils fast.

Put chopped ginger and lemon juice into a pot, and pour the water over.

Leave it for 2-3 minutes, then strain it, and add honey before you serve.

Cinnamon, clove and anise

This warm and aromatic mixture is perfect for relaxing during rainy evenings. Cinnamon brings warmth and sweetness, clove adds the flavor, while anise is slightly sweet and brings a refreshing taste.

Ingredients:

1 cinnamon stick

4-5 cloves

1 star anise

2 cups of water

Recipe:

Put the water into a pot to boil.

Add cinnamon, cloves and anise.

Put the lid on the pot, and leave it on a low temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Strain it and serve while warm.

Dandelion, nettle and mint

Why this tea?

This herbal mix brings an abundance of great ingredients and a refreshing taste. The dandelion helps with body detoxication, nettle is rich in iron and other minerals, while mint adds a fresh note to the mixture.

Ingredients:

1 spoon of dried dandelion

1 spoon of dried nettle

1 spoon of dried mint

2 cups of water

Recipe:

Put the water into a kettle to boil.

Pour it over the dried plants.

Leave it to steep in a pot with a lid on for 10 to 15 minutes.

Strain it and serve.
