THREE GLUTEN-FREE MEALS TO MAKE IN AIR FRYERS

  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

Put some salt and pepper on chicken fillets, and then coat them with gluten-free flour.

Whisk the egg, dip the chicken fillets in, and then coat them with grated parmesan mixed with garlic powder.

Put the chicken into Tesla air fryer and set the temperature to 180°C. Cook it for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and crunchy.

2. Baked broccoli with cheesy breadcrumbs 🥦

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of broccoli
  • 100 g of gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 50 g of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Wash the broccoli and cut it into flowers.

Mix the broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add the grated cheddar cheese and gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Put it into the basket of the air fryer, and set the temperature to 200°C. Cook it for 15 minutes, until broccoli is all baked and crunchy.

3. Delicious cinnamon apples 🍎

  • 4 large apples
  • 2 spoons of cinnamon
  • 4 spoons of honey
  • A pinch of ground cloves

Preparation:

Wash the apples, cut the middle out, then cut the fruits into rings.

Mix the apples with cinnamon, cloves and honey in a bowl.

Put the apple rings into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 160°C.

Leave them in for 10-12 minutes, until apples are soft and aromatic.
