THE PERFECT NEW YEAR’S CHOCOLATE & BISCUIT CAKE IN 15 MINUTES!

This cake with biscuits and a chocolate filling is easy to make, and your guests are bound to love it. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to prepare it: enjoy the perfect dessert for your holiday meal! 

Ingredients

For the first layer:

250 g of your favorite ground biscuit

125 g of butter

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 tablespoons of sugar

For the filling:

200 g of dark chocolate

250 ml of heavy cream

2 tablespoons of butter

A pinch of salt

Preparation

Put the butter into a pot, and melt it on a stove on medium heat. Add cocoa powder and sugar, and then mix until it’s all well-combined.

Remove the pot from the stove, and then add ground biscuit to the mixture. Mix well, until all of the ingredients are blended together.

Put the mixture into a round cake pan, and press it down to make an equally distributed, smooth surface. Place the pan into the fridge while you’re preparing the filling.

For the filling, put the heavy cream into a pot, and heat it on medium temperature, but make sure it doesn’t boil. Once it begins to heat up, remove it from the stove, and add dark chocolate in small pieces. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted.

Add butter and a pinch of salt into the chocolate and cream mixture. Keep mixing until the butter is completely melted.

Take the cake pan out of the fridge, and pour the chocolate filling over the biscuit layer, making a smooth surface.

Put the cake back into the fridge and leave it to cool for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.

Before you serve it, you can decorate the cake with whipped cream, pieces of chocolate, fruit, or gingerbread cookies and brown sugar. 😊⭐
