An electric grill is the perfect choice for this time of year, as it allows you to enjoy your favorite food without worrying about weather conditions or available space. In this article, we bring you three fantastic recipes for preparing meat on an electric grill.

Although an electric grill doesn’t provide the same smoky flavor that a traditional barbecue offers, Tesla models have additional features, such as high-temperature roasting imitations, which allow for a similar experience. With the right marinade and temperature settings, you can achieve excellent results and enjoy your favorite dishes!

Chicken fillet with honey and mustardChicken fillet with honey and mustard

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken fillet
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of dried thyme

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Slice the chicken fillet into thin strips and coat them with the marinade. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat Tesla electric grill to medium heat, then grill the fillets for 5-7 minutes on each side until they form a golden-brown crust.
  4. Serve with a salad or a side dish of your choice.

  • 500 g of pork slices
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic, ground paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the pork with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat Tesla electric grill to high heat, then grill the meat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until crispy and juicy.
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and a side dish of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cheese (your choice)
  • 4 burger buns

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties.
  2. Preheat the electric grill to medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  3. Towards the end of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt slightly.
  4. Serve the burgers in buns with your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and sauce.
