Fragrant bundt cake with apples and walnuts
Apples, cinnamon and walnuts have always been associated with winter, holidays and a warm atmosphere in the home. Here’s a quick and easy way to use the ingredients that you certainly always have at home and turn them into a wonderful cake.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
oil
1 bag baking powder
3 tablespoons cinnamon
100 g walnuts (half ground, half chopped)
3 large apples
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer, then add oil and cinnamon. Add flour to the mixture, in which you previously poured a bag of baking powder. Peel and grate the apples and add them to the mixtures along with the walnuts. Mix everything well. Pour into a greased baking tray or bundt mold and bake in the oven at 160°C. After that, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar or chopped caramelized walnuts.
Stracciatella bundt cake
This recipe is ideal for all those who don’t like experimenting too much and prefer sticking to good, traditional recipes.
Ingredients:
Cake:
4 eggs
pinch of salt
130 g sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar
150 ml oil
250 ml yogurt
250 g flour
1 bag baking powder
150 g chopped dark chocolate
Glaze:
150 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of oil
Preparation:
Beat the eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until a light yellow foamy mass is formed. Then add the oil and stir further. Add the flour and yogurt to the eggs alternately, and mix lightly with a whisk. Finally, add chopped chocolate. Pour the dough into a bundt mold and bake it at 180°C, for about 45 minutes. After baking, leave the cake to cool a bit and take it out of the mold. Then melt the chocolate, stir in a tablespoon of oil and pour over the cake in several strokes until it is completely covered in chocolate. Keep the cake in the refrigerator so that it stays juicy.
Christmas bundt cake with dried fruit and white chocolate
Dried fruits are also associated with juicy holiday treats, so they should be used in the preparation of a bundt cake. It also goes great with a white chocolate topping!
Ingredients:
120 g butter
100 g white chocolate
120 g powdered sugar
130 g flour
5 egg yolks
300 g dried fruit
1 baking powder
Lemon zest, half
Preparation:
Before you start preparing the cake mixture, turn on the stove top to the lowest temperature and put the white chocolate in the pan to gradually melt. Whisk the soft butter in with the sugar and add the egg yolks one by one. When you get a soft and homogeneous mixture, add sifted flour, baking powder, grated lemon zest and finally mix with the dried fruit and melted white chocolate. Put the cake in a well-heated oven and immediately reduce the temperature to about 150°C.
Marble bundt cake

Ingredients:
4 eggs
300 g flour
1 bag baking powder
300 g brown sugar
2 bags vanilla sugar
120 g margarine or butter
a cup of raisins
10 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons rum
Preparation:
Separately whisk the egg whites, as well as the margarine with the egg yolk sugar. Gradually add milk and oil to the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly. Finally, lightly mix the flour and baking powder, then add previously prepared egg whites to this mixture. Separate 1/3 of the mixture and lightly mix in cocoa and rum with raisins. In a greased and floured mold, repeatedly place a layer of yellow, then a row of brown filling. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. You can add some grated dark chocolate on the freshly baked cake, which will slowly melt. Additionally, pour some hot chocolate milk over it.
Aromatic red wine bundt cake
Nothing is nicer than the smell of a baking bundt cake spreading through the house. If you didn’t already have the opportunity to prepare this, the holidays are the ideal time to try something new.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
250 g room temperature butter
250 g sugar
3 bags vanilla bourbon sugar
300 ml red wine
200 g flour
1 bag baking powder
30 g cocoa powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl – flour, soda, cocoa, cinnamon and salt. Whisk the butter with the sugar and vanilla aroma, then add the eggs one by one. Mix well after each addition. Stirring the mixture at the lowest speed, alternately add dry ingredients and red wine. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured bundt mold and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C. Note: for the first 20 minutes, bake the cake covered with aluminum foil. Once cooled, you can decorate with melted dark chocolate.
